Raised in Waterdown, Michelle married her childhood sweetheart and now has 2 children of her own. As a long time resident of Burlington, she knows the city well and and can’t wait to share her favourite local spots with clients. Truly loving the city, she couldn’t imagine raising her kids anywhere else.
For the last 18 years, Michelle has been an award winning hairstylist and even owns her own salon. After a long successful career in cosmetology, she’s ready to take real estate to the next level.

Being dedicated to an industry that changes with the economy, weather and buying patterns of the general public means that we eat, breathe & sleep Real Estate! For the Court Baxter Team it is a way of life. Through Terry and Debby’s career they have seen many different cycles in which they had to adjust how they list properties to help their clients gain a competitive edge. Terry recalls a time when people would be lined up outside a home waiting to put an offer in & Debby often reminisces about people walking away from their homes because the interest rates were going through the roof. They feel very privileged to have instilled the same work ethic, knowledge and experience of the real estate market into their daughter, Lisa, over the years.
Community Involvement
The Court Baxter Team holds a Food Drive in Support of Food with Grace every year in the Fall before Thanksgiving. With the community involvement and the help of our clients we have been able to help feed many families in need. It’s extremely heartwarming to see so many people come together to help others in their community. We put a lot of work into organizing the food drive to make sure it runs as smooth as possible. When our clients are listing their home they often ask us, ‘where can we donate dishes, pots & pans and other household items?’ We provide them with the information for The Women’s Shelter in Burlington. Years ago we met a woman who told us her story of having to flee for her and her kids lives. They safely arrived at the Women’s Shelter with nothing but the clothes on their backs. When she finally found a place to live, all the donations from the shelter helped her have a fresh start. She was always so thankful for the help that she received from the staff at the Women’s Shelter. When we retell her story to our clients they are more than happy to donate things they no longer want.
